Black Dog Cat Band melds elements of the blues, country, folk, pop, garage, indie, and rock’n’roll with an unmistakable Australian edge. Made up of members from various other Brisbane bands, this six-piece has pioneered the genre, “Gum Leaf Rock”, combining ethereal soundscapes and angelic vocal harmonies with upbeat guitar licks, rhythmic acoustic instruments and a grungy rhythm section.
